Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 5 days of delivery for a full refund except for the original shipping costs. You will also need to pay the return shipping costs, unless the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect item).

If you need to return an item or if you have any problem with an item you purchased from us, please contact us via email addressed to info@DesignatedParking.com .  Kindly include your order number or any reference that will allow us to identify your original shipment.


The web store ships only to USA and Canadian destinations.  We use FedEx as first choice.  Canadian shipments are subject to a $10 handling fee due to export handling.  WE URGE OUR CANADIAN CUSTOMERS TO USE OUR CANADA DISTRIBUTION NETWORK.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Please note that unless you select Fedex Home Delivery, all other service will not deliver on Saturday, and will ignore Saturday, Sunday and holidays from the days' count.  Thus an overnight shipment placed on Friday will be delivered by the end of day Monday..

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.


Most of our products are warranted for one year from the date of shipping, against defects in design or manufacture.  Contact us to review any problems you are having and to discuss options for repair or replacement if applicable.
